Happy October! (It's time for another challenge!)

Hello all!
Been a while, I know. I'm still going strong on the motivation and writing goals I started this year, but it got hard to keep up with blog updates while trying to root out deeply ingrained bad habits and overcome so many of the other challenges that life tends to throw at us all.
