YA Scavenger Hunt!

Welcome to YA Scavenger Hunt! This bi-annual event was first organized by Colleen Houck to give readers access to EXCLUSIVE BONUS MATERIAL from their favorite authors . . . and a chance to win some awesome prizes! At each blog stop, you will get a clue for the hunt. Add up the clues, and you can enter to win our grand prize--one book from each author on my team, including a signed ARC of my new YA thriller, This Lie Will Kill You . You can also enter my personal giveaway below. But play fast: this contest will only be online for 72 hours!

Go to the YA Scavenger Hunt page to find out all about the hunt. There are SEVEN contests going on simultaneously, and you can enter one or all! I am a part of the PURPLE TEAM, but there is also a red team, an orange team, a gold team, a green team, a blue team, and a pink team!
Directions: Below, you'll notice that I've listed a secret number. Collect the secret numbers of all the authors on the PURPLE TEAM, and then add them up!
Entry Form: Once you've added up all the numbers, make sure you fill out the form here to officially qualify for the grand prize. Only entries that have the correct number will qualify.
Open internationally, and anyone below the age of 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission to enter. To be eligible for the grand prize, you must submit the completed entry form by Oct 7th, at noon Pacific Time. Entries sent without the correct number or without contact information will not be considered.

Shannon A. Thompson is a young adult author, avid reader, and a habitual chatterbox.
During the day, Thompson works as a Youth Librarian, but at night, she writes about monsters and mayhem. Represented by Clean Teen Publishing, Thompson is the best-selling author of the Timely Death trilogy and the Bad Bloods series. Thompson graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis on creative writing, and her work has appeared in numerous poetry collections and anthologies. When she is not writing, she is climbing rooftops, baking cookies, or watching KDramas in the middle of the night, often done with her cats by her side.
