I owe you a second edition.
The Wanderer has been a much bigger success than I had ever imagined it could be. And it continues to grow. Thank you to all of my readers.
But I owe you something. I owe you a new updated edition. Look, I didn't know what I was doing at first. Navigating the Amazon publishing system took some learning, and at first, my efforts went into learning that, not careful editing of the books themselves. I thought that I'd done a pretty good job, but I was more focused on how to deliver the books rather than the quality of the books. It's astounding that so many of you like them anyway.
The books will be better with a second edition. The dialog will take on an easier to read style, the spelling and other errors will be cleaned up substantially, and a few strange parts of the story will be clarified. Mostly, I'll feel like I gave you a better book. I'm about 15% into the second edition now. It will take another week or so. I don't want to discourage anyone from reading the current edition, but I do want all of you to get the second edition when I finish it.
After I publish the second edition of The Wanderer, I will do the same with the Nogud book 2, and then the Guardian Maidens. They can all be better. I owe that to you. Nogud Book 3 is better as it is, but I will update that for any errors that are found as well.
Some of you might prefer that I focus on new books, and thank you for your encouragement, but it's important to me that I take just a little time to give readers of The Wanderer a major update. Another new title will appear soon.
