My Week in Review and Writing Links
[image error]Hello everyone. Happy Friday! Another busy but productive week. I’ve done more writing on short stories along with lots of other stuff. I had one of those moments, when reading over what you wrote the day before, and you think, ‘Wow. Did I write that?’ I’m so thrilled with it, I want to share it here … I give the preceding paragraph so that the line is in context …
Distraught yet at a complete loss, she dragged herself up the stairs and crawled back into bed, where she lay listening for hours. Apart from the rhythmic ticking of the clock, which echoed throughout the high-ceilinged house, she heard nothing out of the ordinary. Not even creaking floor boards. Or the house settling.
In fact, the house had become eerily quiet. As if all its animals had gone to ground, sensing a predator.
I also got all my paperbacks moved from Createspace to KDP in one easy move … it took seconds! And a little longer to link the paperback editions to the ebooks on my dashboard for a few of them. Nicholas Rossis has a great step-by-step post on making the switch, which you’ll find below. Well worth checking it out. I won’t have a Friday post next week, as I’ll be on holiday … only an hour and a half away but vastly reducing my time on the web, lol.
This week’s quote came ready-made, so no playing in Photoshop this time, and I love it.
Have a great weekend, and I’ll see you in a couple of weeks. Here are this week’s writing links and resources:
