Taking time to smell the roses… or should I say, the ocean.

I live in such a beautiful part of the world but I sometimes forget to take the time to soak it all in.  So today, on a beautiful spring morning I decided to put the sneakers on and head down to the harbour for a walk.  [image error]

I’m so glad I did because the morning was perfect.

I often find that between work, writing and other commitments I’m stuck in offices or in the house with a not so great view.

It’s amazing what a bit of sunshine and fresh air can do to clear the mind and get the creative juices flowing.

Hopefully, I can hit the keyboard with great ideas for new stories.  Wish me luck!
