Washington is warning the Syrian government against a final assault on rebel-held Idlib province, but President Trump's own envoy has admitted that the province is controlled by al-Qaeda. US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley meanwhile claims a gas attack is coming and she knows just who's behind it.
