JANET JACKSON WRONGFULLY FINED FOR WARDROBE MALFUNCTION

Seven years after the infamous "wardrobe malfunction," Philadelphia 3rd U.S. Court of Appeals have ruled that Janet Jackson and CBS were wrongfully fined $550,000 for the Superbowl halftime fiasco. In 2004, Jackson's breast was exposed during a live performance with Justin Timberlake.

Well, I'm glad. It seems to me that Janet's career took a beating after that incident and it never really recovered from it. Meanwhile, Justin has gone on about his merry little way. Did somebody say...
