Instant Pot Artichokes With Dipping Sauce

Hubster thought he’d try making artichokes in the Instant Pot. My mom always made them in a pressure cooker, and since we didn’t have one until we got the IP, I hadn’t bothered with them since they take so long to cook.

Ingredients:
2-4 artichokes
1 c water
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 lemon wedges
Salt

Dipping sauce
3 T mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (Hubster used the yogurt)
1 T lemon juice
1 T Dijon mustard
t sugar
t garlic powder
Pinch of salt
