Writers On The River continues to heal with words!

Picture Saturday, July 21st, the not-for-profit organization, Healing With Words coordinated an author book signing and sale at the Par-A-Dice Hotel. The event, Writers On The River (WOTR) raised over $7,000 for two charities—Thistle Farms out of Nashville, TN and The Center for Prevention of Abuse in Peoria, IL. Event attendees and authors were also asked to donate household items for The Center for Prevention of Abuse. WOTR is estimating a value of $500 in goods donated to the Peoria, IL facility.
Writers On The River is an author signing and book sale, featuring over 70+ romance authors at the Par-A-Dice Hotel, 21 Blackjack Blvd in East Peoria. This event is hosted by Healing With Words and will return on July 20th, 2019.
