Spending too much time online?

I'm blogging today about Unplugging: Balancing Writing and Promotion at Sia McKye's Thoughts … OVER COFFEE. I'm still checking for replies, so stop and let me know what you think about the balance between staying on top of what's happening with the industry, with sales news, etc. while staying on top of the things going on in your characters' lives, your deadlines, etc. I've written almost as much in the comments there as I did for the post itself, LOL, so you may want to read those, too!
