Can leaders be listeners? The widely accepted image of a leader is one who talks, directs, and runs the program. But in Chapter 3, Steve and William express why leaders must become good at accepting the thoughts we don’t come up with—i.e. listening. Who should you listen to? When? How? The people around you might be your greatest asset, even the ones you don’t want to be around.
