FROM "INTRODUCTION:"
In this book, I describe and explain in detail about my four-part voice-command, kinetic, supernatural, gift, and ability. I do this as the only known recipient of such a four-part gift and ability. I believe it to be deity associated.
FROM "MY KINETIC GIFT AND ABILITY"
My own kinetic ability tends to be stimulated by light and specific sounds. If someone were to shine a light in my eyes, for example, I might experience a sense of movement and activity within my mind and body.
FROM "SEQUENCE OF VOICE-COMMAND EVENTS"
Imagine that you are me and you have just said one or more of the four sounds. In each instance, the next thing that happens is a single, double or multiple movements of my head and neck (see illustration page 9). The next phase entails a feeling that the tension created is now being relieved. In essence, the area of my brain that responds to vocalization recognizes and reacts to the pitch or the sound of the spoken letter(s).
FROM "COMBINING SILENT AND VERBAL COMMANDS"
As I stated, any time my brain recognizes the pitch of a voice-command, I experience specific involuntary reactions. I control the voice-commands, however.
FROM "TIMING OF REACTIONS"
Once I give the voice-command it takes fifteen seconds for the power to spread throughout my neck or head. It takes one minute for the power to take full effect, that is, to spread to my shoulder and into either of my arms and either of my hands. My conjunctive head and neck reactions take place in one and two seconds for "huh," and "muh," and by three and five seconds for "duh," and "cuh."
FROM "BENEFITS OF MY ABILITY"
I said earlier that I believe my ability is a gift from The Heavenly Father. Although the gift is quite extraordinary, and "out of this world," the benefits it has brought me make it easy to accept, I am the beneficiary with this gift that I can use to replenish my energy at will through relaxation.
