I was giggling out loud the whole time I was reading this blog! I taught kindergarten at one point, and I know the kids would have adored this first-day read many times throughout the school year. Penelope is adorable in her innocence. And that goldfish? Totally, completely creepy!
My two sons are grown now and in college, but this will be a book I will purchase and save for future grandkids! This blog was a great way to begin my morning; thanks, Betsy!🤣
