7+ tips for moms returning to work

Going back to work was scary for me. I didn’t have any confidence in myself as a woman going back to work. I felt like I had nothing to offer the work place because I’ve been a mom for so many years. I was caught up in taking care of my family, their needs and whatever the family as a whole together. In addition to volunteering at Mops, my church and community. I have 3 children, their age range from 13-year-old twins to my youngest 4 almost 5 years old.
