Sneak Peek #1 for Alex

I was so excited about finishing Alex, that I decided to share a few very small snippets from the story with you guys. I have omitted the names of Alex's love interests because I am not ready to let the cat out of the bag just yet.

It really is an obsession, how much I think about [them]. They consume my dreams and every waking thought. Even now as I sit at the table with Anthony and Gideon I am thinking about them, wondering what they are doing. I know I just needed to fuck them out of my system. One night with the two of them in bed, and I would be rid of this obsession.



“I love you,” I tell them.
“More than the stars and sea,” they say in unison.


Hours later, the ringing of my phone on my nightstand wakes [us] up from a deep sleep. Alex's name flashes on the screen.
“Alex?”
Loud, gut-wrenching sobs meet my ear. I bolt up, [our other lover] giving me a confused look.
“Alex? Talk to me.”
More sobs, shuddering breaths, and then, “I...I need you guys.”
“Okay, baby.”
It's not until later when [we] are on the plane that I realize I had let that endearment slip.
