Why sometimes we take too long to read books

 

It’s frustrating, and can even end up being exhausting. There are so many reasons why progress reading a book can slow down. This post is actually inspired by my current read: Children of Blood and Bone. Yes, I know. How can I? It’s a book that is currently receiving so many praises. So, it’s even more frustrating that I can’t just finish it once and for all and enjoy it just as everybody else.
