So, I'm a dork. This shouldn't be surprising. Apparently, the pre-ordering system at Smashwords is only a way to get to the books out to their affiliates for pre-order and you can't actually pre-order directly from Smashwords. My bad for not reading all the information. Sorry for any inconvenience!!
