#MusicMonday with Aimee…

What’s been playing on a loop in my head? Well, below you can find out.

Here are my top five songs of the week, that I’ll likely listen to until I’m completely sick of them.

1- Sway, by Blue October 

I swear Blue October will always be on my Music Monday lists. They just have so many amazing songs and they continually put out more and more. It’s safe to say that they are my favorite band and have been for the last ten years. Plus… Justin Furstenfeld… yummy.

2- The Sky Is A Neighborhood, by Foo Fighters

Another band that could land on my list weekly. This song… I dunno what it is but I adore it.

3- No Roots, by Alice Merton

This girl… dayumn, she’s good. And that’s coming from a girl who’s not the biggest fan of female singers for reasons I don’t understand. I first found her Lash Out song and quickly realized that she’s freaking amazing. This song is no exception. Love it. I’m now a fan.

4- Girls Like You, by Maroon 5 (feat. Cardi B)

What woman on the planet doesn’t adore Adam Levine… he’s dreamy. His new song and new video (below) is an amazing tribute to strong women. I love this one, as I do all Maroon 5’s music. Well done guys.

5- Pictures of Girls, by Wallows

I stumbled upon this group a couple weeks ago only to discover that the lead singer is also Clay on 13 Things I Hate About You. Wow! He’s got a great voice and the song is truly addicting. I can’t wait to see where these guys go.
