Spring is the Perfect Time for Transitions
Hiya everyone!
Things have a particular cycle, a rhythm of their very own. How many times have you stopped and said to yourself “No, this doesn’t feel right.” If that happens more than four, or five times, in a period of a few weeks — something’s not right. Something needs to shift.
That’s what has been happening for me for the longest while. But, you know how it is…you procrastinate. You think you see a purple-spotted leopard jumping into an Uber and you go chasing it down to post on Instagram, or Snapchat. Of course, ignoring the fact that you’re willingly distracting yourself from the problems at hand.
So, I am stopping my wild exotically colored big cat chase. And, I’d like to thank you for traveling, and reading, along with me on this 6-year journey. I’ve enjoyed all of the twitter chats, the book reviews, the Twitter Parties, the giveaways, the #IndieRoar Challenge, and most of all — the great friendships that formed! You know who you are…but I’ll mention a few.
@PenPaperPad [Woot woot! #WriteStuff writing all the words!]
@TuiSnider [Big up to all the #StoryDam tweeps!!]
There are so many more people I’ve met, laughed with, done giveaways with, and for — good times!
You say: “Wait! Where ya goin’?”
I say: To ChellySpeaks.com
I prefer to host only one blog at a time. Two really does not work for me! (As you may have noticed with my longer, and longer upload lags…)
Plus, I’ve shifted focus and will be writing about the environment, our oceans, as well as throwing in a few self-help/self-development articles especially since I’m taking the Robbins-Madanes Training. [Of course, there will be a few pieces of my own personal snark thrown in but hey, I’m from Brooklyn…]
ChellySpeaks.com gives me room to grow and develop as an individual (who happens to write).
