Plenty more trees, and different kinds, and forests, used to be that old. They aren't coming back anytime soon. One never wonders how old plants can get to be. Does a patch of moss feel how big it has become over the years? They are all containers for other life to be seen the same way a prism breaks up the sunlight into multiple rainbows.
