I just wish I could meet some people like some of the characters in your book; but alas, all the females in my age group around here are completely, totally wrapped up in their grandkids and/or caring for an Alzheimer's-afflicted spouse, which you can't blame them for, of course--I wish I'd had grandmothers like these gals are, lol--but it's harder than heck to get to spend any time with them. Sign of the times I guess: more & more people are raising their g'kids and can't afford a place for an Alzheimer's spouse.
So your books are a nice escape, thanks.
