Turning a BIG Page!

Tomorrow, we're buying a house. Yes, A HOUSE! I am so freaking excited I can hardly type this. Two years ago, we sold our beloved house in Texas. It was a good move for us, the market was great, it set us up for the two years since. But I miss my house! I miss having A house!Sure, we live in a little townhouse in government housing, but it's not the same. I want a space that is mine, a paint color that is mine, a garden that is mine. I want to be able to leave my kid's pool in the yard without getting blasted on Facebook for it. I want a HOME!And boy is this one a beauty. It's located in a little town south of Baltimore just a few minutes from my husband's new job. It's almost 1,000 sqft larger than our current townhouse, and comes with a massive yard for our dogs. The previous owners completely remodeled it and in closing, we agreed they would cover the cost of a new roof. I mean, seriously. It's the perfect house for us! PS. I'll post a pic tomorrow!
