IMPORTANT UPDATE to one or more of my newsletters (listed below) and you live in an EU country, new regulations state we need to confirm that you would like to CONTINUE receiving email updates from me. Without your confirmation we may be unable to send you future newsletters. This relates to each of the following newsletters...

1 - Please check your emails, you should have received an email from one or more of the listed newsletters above for EACH newsletter you subscribe to. (If you cannot locate the email/s it may have fallen into your spam folder, or you can search for the listed newsletters (eg Melissa Foster or Addison Cole, etc.)

ACTION NEEDED - YOU WILL HAVE RECEIVED ONE OF TWO EMAILS. If you received the one with a button that says "Yes, please continue sending me emails" then follow these instructions:

1 - Click the button that reads 'Yes please continue sending me emails' or 'click here to update preferences'
2 - Scroll down to 'Marketing Permissions' and click 'Email'
3 - Click the 'Update Profile'
4 - If you receive a confirmation email, please ensure you taken any action required.

If you received the one with a green and red button, follow these instructions to remain on the list:

1. Click the green button 'Stay on List'
