Yes of course. Dehumanizing is ingroup/outgroup membership selection, and language is integral to culture. As social creatures, our cultures define who we "other". Our personal and cultural values determine how we treat the "othered". We aren't exactly wired to keep more than a small number of people un-othered in our minds and hearts, so on some level, everyone others 99.99% of people. Some handle it better than others, of course.
