TWO KINDS OF TRUTH Is Available Now In Paperback In The UK & Ireland

“Reading Connelly is like listening to a well-oiled machine purring softly, as if by magic and, once again, he makes the reading (and the writing) so easy, unshowy, intelligent and gripping. A crime author in full control of his craft!”

– Maxim Jakubowski, Crime Time

Candace Blackwell I’m halfway through this book and so far so good. I have to admit since I have started watching “Bosch” on Amazon prime , it’s hard to connect with the characters in this story. The hit Series Bosch has a different portrayal of the characters rapports and relationships. It’s hard to image Titus as older than 65 !

Thm While reading some of the books, you'll find discrepancies in the show: example, the character of bosch's daughter is with him
at a younger age as a result of her mother's death. However,
The series shows this ordeal when the young lady is a teenager or nearly an adult looking at college options.

also, the facts about the mothers death are completly different.

Both the books and the show are worth delving into!

Did you notice that in the early series of the books Bosch had a female partner but no mention of this on the show. I think it was the same lady that Lt. Billetts had an affair with? I always wonder why they change the character relationships up for the tv show

Thm Hello Candace, I'm trying to think of the character you have
mentioned. There are several female counterparts that he relies
on throughout. But I'm drawing a blank on a partner. Do you remember any of the series titles or #'s?

Also, I totally agree that they frequently alter the content
in books to suite a show. I firmly believe books are always
better!
