A 2011 Study inJournal Brasil Pneumologia found that “Respiratory biomechanics and exercise capacity were negatively affected by Mouth Breathing. The presence of moderate Forward Head Posture acted as a compensatory mechanism in order to improve respiratory muscle function.”
