Well I must say Breelyn and Pierce's story was well worth the wait, although I was rooting for Spence in the beginning after the chemistry that they shared in Tangie and Reese's story, goes to show that if you play games you will never get the prize when it comes to the heart. I knew from the excerpts that this was going to be a great read, you kept me on the edge of my seat with each excerpt that you posted. I can't say that I blame Bree from moving on because in her moving on, she was able to get a good man that would love and protect her no matter what. Breelyn's love for her parents hit home on so many levels, I cried like a baby when her mother died while she sing to her. I am never disappointed in any of your books this was a great read, my only question now is who will have the next story in book 3 of the series: Ris, Chelsea, Dave, Baron/Sherelle, Shayla, or Bree's father.Read more

A Song for You is another winner. Breelyn Jarett, a quirky singer with purple hair, is finally getting her big break, and maybe the man of her dreams. But Breelyn and Pierce Devereaux both have history that influences their behavior and nterferes with their readiness to become a couple. This book was very different from many romances in that it seemed as if Bree and Pierce spent way more time apart and upset with each other than together, yet when they did get together, it was so obvious they were destined for a future. Bree and Pierce were real people with full, whole lives which made them more lovable individually and together. I think I'd like to see more of Baron and Shirelle, but I'll take Chelsea's story for book 3. Keep them coming, Chicki!
