What To Do About Bad Reviews

As per usual, I got lost in a volley of Google searches yesterday and one subject that caught my attention was if authors should respond to reviews or not. Previously, all of my stories have been posted for free in writing forums and communities, and I’ve always made an effort to reply to each review.
