A mocker is someone who mocks or attacks with ridicule, contempt, or derision, something or someone they do not agree with. Usually their mind is made up and "confusing" them with facts makes no impression. It is one thing to "agree to disagree" with a good spirit and quite another to disagree with a bad attitude (to put it mildly).
