Current Work

I'm still working on volumes of the cookbook. Yeast Breads (Vol 4).

Also working on a project I'm currently calling "A Book of Birds". It's really coming together well.

Lots of fun. Even sneaking in some reading here and there, mostly reading stuff relating to hopefully-future projects.
