March 17: Happiness is graduating with the Brisbane Deadly Runners




One of the most rewarding things I’ve done since moving to Brisbane – and there have been many- is joining the Brisbane Deadly Runners and Walkers. I did eight weeks of training together with some who had never power walked or run previously. Today, everyone walked or ran for 30mins and some ran their first 5km. This is an example of mob taking control of their health and fitness in a supportive environment. I’m so grateful to have shared everyone’s journey.
