ROW80: Short and Sweet
Well, I am now on vacation for the next two weeks. Not going anywhere but just enjoying some time away from the office. The only thing is that it will mean I am much less productive in my writing. I lose the 5am wake up call (unless I get up at 5 am in my vacation which is much harder than it sounds.) I lose my lunch break and quiet moments, and am reduced to a short writing window around 19:15 – 20:00 while my wife watches a TV show she follows.
So I apologize if this update feels somewhat 'light', it is just that I really want to finish the chapter I am working on tonight.

This gives me a total of 7878 words for the week, not including a few blog posts of around 2000 words in total. All in all very good numbers, and it puts me on target to not only hit my ROW80 goals this round, but to do so with some time to spare. My aim is to hit the 750 a day during my vacation, but may lower it to 600 for the next two weeks. It's not an official change, but more of an accepted lowering of the target due to extenuating circumstances.
