Since it’s pie day, here’s a repeat of a quick and easy recipe for a chocolate bar pie, provided by one of my book club members, Kathy Perry.
Easy Chocolate Bar Pie
Ingredients:
6 chocolate bars with almonds (1.45 oz. each)
1 container (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 T. vanilla
1 prepared graham cracker crust (8-9″)
shaved chocolate for garnish
