robinha:

Here’s one of the recipe comics I made for my Banchan in 2 Pages mini-comics #2. This is a great recipe for vegetarians who want to enjoy the Korean bbq flavor. You can use the marinade used in mushrooms for tofu, tempeh, and jackfruits too. I am doing a challenge/ experiment this year and go pescatarian when cooking at home. I wasn’t eating that much meat compared to some people but after reading books and articles about the meat in our supermarkets, I begun to think eating less meat is probably healthier and more environmentally safe and mindful way to live. I can’t go all vegetarian since I love pork belly and fried chicken so much. I might have to order that sometimes when I am eating out.  But at least when I am at home I am gonna try to use as little to no meat as possible. And it hasn’t been too hard so far- lucky for me, I love vegetables and there are so many varieties of vegetables out there to explore! Next time I am gonna experiment and try to make the vegan version of Kimchi. Wish me luck!
