David Suzuki's Contribution to the Public Policy Wiki on Climate Change

As part of the The Public Policy Wiki, a joint venture between the Globe and
Mail and the Dominion Institute, David Suzuki submitted an  analysis and proposals
for Canadian federal action on climate change.
