Arrested? For a Traffic Warrant??

Oh dear. Poor lad. It's hardly a real rock 'n' roll misdemeanor. And to add insult to injury, this story still insists on using a photo of SOMEONE ELSE. Perhaps they think it's the one who *should* have been arrested. IDK.
