Broad distribution

Much as I love Amazon and the excellent service they provide to independent authors, I have also joined forces with Smashwords, who have distributed, in eBook form, all my novels and The Commode Companion to major retailers just about everywhere. Now the books are available at Barnes & Noble, Kobo, iTunes, Scribd, most libraries in English-speaking countries, and a dozen or so retailers I’ve not heard of. It is my hope that this broader distribution will turn me into the overnight success for which I’ve been waiting the past decade. So, please tell friends who eschew Amazon that a new world awaits. They may now buy my books from their favorite retailer at exceedingly modest prices. Or from Amazon.
