If Punctuation Made Sounds

Today’s video brought to you courtesy of punctuation. This is kind of hilarious, and I’m also wondering if you could train transcription software to recognise the sounds as punctuation marks so you could dictate more smoothly (assuming you learned the sounds :D)?
