Rant & Rave

I want toTalk LoudlyandVehementlyright now.Especially,while I am stillAngry.As in;"Here I go again, ranting and raving about my neighbor who complains all the time that my car is in front of his house!"  My car is aFiat 500L. What is he talking about? He just likes toRant & Raveabout everything,and everyone.I have talked about this guy before.But,thisIdiot,I mean,thisIdiom,I am now talking about Ranting & Raving, is a redundancy.SinceRant & Ravemean just about the same thing.But,the phrase probably survives in our society,on account of its alliterative appeal.Or,It Just Feels So Good To Complain About Someone,Who Is Always Complaining To You!I LikeRanting & RavingToo! When it's appropriate.  This is,Sorry,I Had To Get That Off My Chest,Jim Hauenstein, And, “I personally believe we developed language because of our deep inner need to complain.”
