I may be an indie weirdo but by God, I get to do the best press. @pastemagazine-blog asked my Twisted Romance gang & me to make a playlist of our favourite love songs, to celebrate the first issue’s dropping. Best idea ever!
(It’s actually the second playlist I’ve gotten to do for Paste, too. The first was talking through the 1971 soundtrack to my spy thriller Mayday.)
Later on today there’ll be an interview with me up on The Comics Journal, which is mostly @katieskelly and I yelling at each other about the craft of writing, and Sam Peckinpah, secret sentimentalist. Best best.
