Gloria - I'm only about 1/2 way through, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this book. I will be telling everyone about it. I am learning so much, and I REALLY love the characters, the development of the story and the drama. I'm an elementary school librarian, and the content is too old for the school, but I will definitely be recommending this book to the 10 high schools and middle schools in my district, aside from everyone else I know. KEEP WRITING! You have a great voice and are a great story-teller.

Hi Gloria - I finished and loved it and recommended it to my daughter and her college roommate (they both live and work in Mpls). Oh my gosh, I just loved it and will recommend it to everyone. Actually I gave my library copy to a coworker who promised to return it to the library for me. I will recommend to my school district librarian group - we're the 2nd largest school district in Illinois. It's a little "old" content wise for elementary, but we have 13 or 14 middle and high schools that will be interested. LOL - I already did recommend it to the middle and high schools. I love to promote great writing and story-telling, and you are on the list, girl. I already have your next book on my want to read list. Your characters struck a lot of chords with me.Thanks for a great story.

I loved american Panda, It was a well written book. I recommend everybody to read this humorous book.
