We've had a couple of freak very snowy winters, but I don't think it was as consistently cold here even then.
And this is Manchester (UK) I'm talking about! We specialise in lousy winters.
I though England specialized in lousy summers? Didn't know the winters qualified as crap as well. No wonder Britain went off and set up an overseas Empire, in mostly nicer places. I've spent some time in Manchester years ago. Didn't pay a lot of attention to the weather, it was autumn and I enjoyed a few pubs, most notably a place called Tommy Ducks, now closed I understand.



Damnit! If its gonna be cold we demand Real Snow!
