(Finally) Done!
When that long-standing, problematic, work item is finally moved to done, it might feel good. Yet without the mindset to ask…why did this one take so long to flow through? No one learns anything.
So, the next time we get begin that same work again, or something similar, we often end up with the same flow problems. Insanity.
Make time. Ask. Be uncomfortable, to avoid future insanity.
