thanks Tom. I was mainly thinking of Vio, Deeze, and Candice, etc... when I wrote this. I feel like I am being so awful teasing them with comments on the second one. I guess because "guilt" plays a HUGE part in The Price of Loving. Maybe it is simply on the tip of my thoughts.xoxo
I don't mind your teasing Wade ... I'm waiting for the sequel patiently *wink* and I would like to know what you've read and what you liked.
Hey Wade, speaking as a person thats known to complain about teasers, PLEASE DON'T STOP!! It's not only fun but it keeps the interest going. I can't even begin to imagine how nervous you must feel knowing people are out there waiting to read your work. Especially when you recieve high praise and are terrified at not matching it. But I honestly don't think thats going to happen, and not just because I'm a fanatical fan lol.
Your characters have their own stories to tell and I have a feeling that when the time is right Darian will be shouting his story loud and clear for you to write.
As for the time delay between books, that can't be avoided I guess. Personally I'd rather a long wait than a rushed book, and remember in time people new to your work will be able to buy all 3 books together and the time delay worry will be obsolete :)
I know you probably have dealines and stuff, but try not to fixate on em. I have a feeling book 3 is going to be the best, (but that could just be that Darian seems to have the most to tell, I've been known to be wrong on numerous occasions though so........) :p
I look forward to reading your reviews, once you have time. I tend to review books I'm reading now as older reads tend to of faded from my poor memory LOL. But I admit to being curious to the kind of books you read before you got caught up in writing them.
OK I rambled enough. Keep writing, at your own pace when possible. Good luck, *hugs*
omg! believe it or not I just started crying. (oh man, now I need to go stack firewood to make me feel less girly)But as I was reading this, it occurred to me WHAT to write about Darian! holy shit. It was right there in front of me. HOW I will write it, I'm not sure, but the plot just fell into place. I guess Deeze, hearing you tell me Darian will shout his story when the time is right, he JUST DID.
Now I gotta go write my thoughts down so they don't get lost! OMG! I am so excited right now!
Thank you all for your cheers of confidence.
xoxo
Wade, don't apologize for giving us teasers and making us wait, it is what is supposed to happen. When I finish a great book, all I want is more and knowing that there is another one coming is the best. Is it torture, YES. Do I want it immediately, YES. But it is what it is. No apologies needed. Having you interact on the threads and giving us the little insights are the best and make me want to read it more (if that is possible). Please don't stop.
Yay Go Wade Go lol. (Psssst Maybe put a flannel shirt on and rest the axe against the desk, might make the girly feelings go away?)
You should see me with an ax, Deeze... WORST AIM EVER! So much easier with a gas-powered wood-splitter!
no need to worry. I may cry sometimes over writing. (and with my content it is hard not to) but I DO know my way around a wood-splitter! no fear. I have six cords sitting in the yard now waiting to be stacked. Winter is a comin'!
OK Lets leave the axe well alone then. Those fingers are far too important. Maybe just hang a picture of an axe lol. Wait make sure you use those sticky hooks no nails and hammers allowed. (just in case).
Deeze wrote: "OK Lets leave the axe well alone then. Those fingers are far too important. Maybe just hang a picture of an axe lol. Wait make sure you use those sticky hooks no nails and hammers allowed. (just in..."lolol
Wade you can tease and ramble all you like, don't you dare stop its fun and we love teasing you back its nice to get everyone worked up, and interested its exciting (we have way too much fun lol) when inspiration hits which it will Darian's story will flow for you I have no doubt you are talented and have some great stories to tell. We will all have to be patient, you have deadlines to meet so please don't feel you have to rush you will get there okay! When you have the time you rate and review what you like I for one would be interested to see what type of books you enjoy.Wade you take it easy and a few emotional tears can only do you good nothing unmanly about that.
Big hug and kiss
Vio xxxx

Dee don't give him any ideas lol!
Wade wrote: "no need to worry. I may cry sometimes over writing. (and with my content it is hard not to) but I DO know my way around a wood-splitter! no fear. Damn Wade, those things would make the girliest of men feel macho LOL.
So do you have the manual kind or the big ass hydrolic kind :p
Wade - you can't rush creativity. Let it flow naturally! And please - do not chop wood. Safety first! But if you need some manly wood-chopping inspiration, I think this is the better alternative....

Wrting a book takes time, and it's ready when it's ready. So you don't need to apologize. Just keep up the writing LOL that's all you have to do :D And i'm looking forward to read the second book, thank you for writing Matt's story in this sequel...
OK I think I'm in love lol. WOW Lan that was a lovely video to wake up to. *dreamy sigh* (and I'm starting to feel like an old pervert) *blushes*

oh my. Nice Video, Lan.... and Vio asks, "is that me?" LOL... um, no. I am less... "Herculean". And Deeze, how can you be an old pervert? *waves off silly comment* it's not like he's 16. You're fine. He's a consenting adult ;)
My pleasure everyone! That's what friends are for! And Wade - this is TOTALLY how I picture you inside and out!
Lan-Dinh wrote: "My pleasure everyone! That's what friends are for! And Wade - this is TOTALLY how I picture you inside and out!"thank you for the compliment ;) My body isn't quite as nice as his. I never make enough time to work out. And typing on the Mac isn't really considered cardiovascular exercise. :s

And I think you should rate what you like - I like to catch up on older books as well as new ones.
Things take as long as they take. Hang tough, Wade. Love you here.
