An owl for every state of mind

Marty’s photo of the day #2440: I have tons of long-eared owl photos from when I spent a day in the field with a researcher catching and banding owls. I try to post one every six months or so.

As I looked over the photos, trying to decide which one to post today, I realized that I have an owl shot for just about every state of mind: happy, sad, scared, excited, etc. Today, we go with psychotic owl.
