Six Sentence Sunday – 10/9
The latest book in my Sypricon Master series, Perfect Limit, released recently and not only is it a sexy, hot quickie read, it's also about acceptance. Rayna, the heroine, has serious doubts about that in the beginning of the book as she comes to the club for the night and watches from afar.
From Rayna's vantage point, everything about the woman spoke of flawlessness. Her golden skin tinted a healthy pink to indicate her arousal level, and the deep purple glow of the club's trademark impulse bands around her throat and wrists further gave away her heightened state of awareness. Her rich copper hair flowed over the dark surface of the round device, her legs long and lean as they stretched out in the opposite direction. The submissive made an impeccable picture, and Rayna's belly did a quick somersault.
She would never have that.
Ever.
For those new to this, the rules are simple:
1) pick a project – a current Work in Progress, contracted work or even something readers can buy if you're published
2) pick six sentences
3) post 'em on Sunday
