Just found and read up on Amazon's Audible program for authors (acx.com). Getting one's novel converted to an audiobook is not cheap (a couple to several thousand dollars. However, acx allows you to decide if you want to pay a flat rate or share royalties. Either way, you pitch to the group and see if someone will bite. I'm going to wait until I have a few dozen reviews in and then pitch for shared royalties, hoping that the good start will entice a really good reader.
