Announcing my new book: 100 Questions Every First-Time Home Buyer Should Ask, 4th Edition

I never thought I'd write another book after my last book, Buy, Close, Move In!, failed to sell more than a few thousand copies.

Of course, I published it in 2010, when I thought the housing crisis wasn't going to be as deep and as damaging as it turned out to be. Millions of people lost their homes. And, a generation of first-time home buyers (older Millennials), watched their own home buying dreams go up in smoke.

I'm still proud of that book, but it took awhile to decide I wanted to invest the time, research, and effort necessary to write another book. But after hearing from thousands of Millennials, who decided the time to buy their first home had come, I decided to dig in and share what I've learned in order to make their home buying process easier.

And yours, as well.

100 Questions Every First-Time Home Buyer Should Ask, 4th Edition, will be on sale February 13, 2018. It's been completely revamped and rewritten. I've got 9 new questions at the front of the book (your Fast Pass!), and have given you my best thoughts as to where I think the real estate industry will go from here.

While more people will rent, lots more will buy. The game (thanks to Tax Reform, which I couldn't have imagined right up until it passed), has changed somewhat, but the essentials are the same: buy a house, pay down the mortgage, enjoy enforced savings, reap the rewards down the line.

There are special bonuses for people who buy the book, which you can pre-order on Amazon.

If you have any questions, you can find me here, or at https://thinkglink.com. as we get closer to the pub date, I'll post some additional information as well as updates on my media appearances.

Thanks for reading!
