Biannual Reading Round-Up

Can you believe it's almost 2018?! With January fast approaching, I wanted to "round-up" the rest of my top reads for the year.

Listed in order of date read.

Ashes (Dark in You, #3) by Suzanne Wright read in July. I was greedy to get my hands on this when it first came out, and I wasn't disappointed. The continuation of Knox and Harper's story.

Magpies & Moonshine (Toil and Trouble, #6) by Heather R. Blair read in Sept. This was a bittersweet read for me, knowing it was the last in what has become my favorite PNR series. But I'm ever hopeful Heather R Blair will treat us with another visit to this magical world.

Tate (Temptation, #5) by Ella Frank read in Sept and True (Temptation, #6) by Ella Frank read in Dec. What can I say? I'm in love with these boys. It was sad to say goodbye, but I have a feeling we'll be seeing them again soon in Ms. Frank's next series.

Rhapsodic (The Bargainer, #1) by Laura Thalassa read in Sept. This book took me by surprise with how much I enjoyed it, and I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

The Wall of Winnipeg and Me by Mariana Zapata read in Sept. The only thing I need to say to show how much I loved this is, I've already reread it again in Nov.

The Bad Guy by Celia Aaron read in Oct. My first book by this author but it won't be my last.

The Queen of All that Dies (The Fallen World, #1) by Laura Thalassa The Queen of Traitors (The Fallen World, #2) by Laura Thalassa The Queen of All that Lives (The Fallen World, #3) by Laura Thalassa read in Oct. My first dive into a dystopian world. I honestly wasn't sure I would like it. I'm so happy I took the chance because I ended up loving it.

Wolfsong (Green Creek, #1) by T.J. Klune read in Oct. My review says it all. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

Gifts (The Killers #3) by Brynne Asher read in Oct. The latest offering from Brynne Asher and her "Killers." If you follow me, than you know, Athica Lane by this author has been my favorite of hers for a very long time. Gifts took that spot, so that says a lot.

Kulti by Mariana Zapata read in Nov. Another great read by MZ. I didn't love it quite as much as WoW but it was a very close second.

And last but not least...

Do You Want to Start a Scandal (Spindle Cove, #5, Castles Ever After, #4) by Tessa Dare read in Dec. I highly recommend this to any historical romance fan.

Did you miss my favorites from the first half of the year? No worries, here's a link. https://www.goodreads.com/author_blog...

Carvanz The graphics are all kinda messed up right now, but from what I can tell that is quite an awesome list! Were any of these on your LAL TBR challenge? Just curious.
