Spirituality in the Midst of Busyness

A while back, a friend asked for a short video from professors and Christian leaders to show to her class on the topic of “Spiritual Life in the midst of busyness.”

I put something together, she said it was helpful, and now (hopefully she doesn’t mind) I’m sharing it here:
